Dr. Todd Henrikson is a third generation veterinarian from Emporia and 1998 graduate of the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He completed his radiology residency at Kansas State in 2004 after completing an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Rowley Animal Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts and three years in private practice in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Henrikson spent seven years with a five person radiology group, working with variety of specialist and private practitioners in Northeast Ohio.
In 2013 Dr. Henrikson founded Tallgrass Veterinary Imaging to provide diagnostic imaging consultation services to veterinarians focusing on practices in the state of Kansas. Dr. Henrikson emphasizes the development of relationships, personalized service, and becoming a true part of the diagnostic team of those he consults.
Todd now lives in Emporia, Kansas with his wife (Tirsten), son (Harry), and twin daughters (Esther and Evelyn). In his free time he enjoys cycling, fishing, cooking on his big green egg, and following KSU athletics.
